Welcome to Few Found. By using this website you agree to these Terms. Please read them before registering or applying for verification.
1. About Few Found
Few Found is a directory of media and marketing companies. Companies can list for free and can apply for Few Found Verification. Few Found Verification means a company passed the Few Found verification process on the date shown on its public verification record. It is not an endorsement and is not a guarantee of any commercial result.
2. Eligibility
To register and apply for verification, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or have the authority to act on behalf of the company you register
- Represent a real media or marketing company
- Provide accurate and verifiable information
3. Verification Process
You apply by paying the verification fee and completing the verification form. The Few Found team reviews the application, covering Identity, Business, Capabilities, Experience and References, and may ask for more information. Each application is reviewed by a person at Few Found. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Few Found may approve, request more information on, or reject any application.
4. Accuracy of Information
You confirm that everything you submit, including company details, references and links, is accurate, current and not misleading. Providing false information may result in rejection, removal of your Verified mark and account termination.
5. Fees, Refunds and Renewal
- Listing on Few Found is free.
- Few Found Verification costs ₹12,499 per year in India and $149 per year elsewhere. Payments are processed by Cashfree and are subject to Cashfree's terms. The payment gateway charges the equivalent fixed amount in Indian rupees (₹12,499).
- Verification is earned, not purchased. Payment submits an application and does not guarantee approval.
- If the application fails the verification requirements, the fee is refunded to the original payment method.
- A verification is valid for one year from the verification date. The expiry date is shown on the public verification record. Renewal is a separate payment that you choose to make. Nothing renews automatically.
6. Verified Mark and Verification Record
An approved company receives a Verified mark, a public verification record, a Verification ID and a downloadable certificate. The Verified mark may be used only by the verified company, only while the verification is valid, and must not be used to mislead others. Few Found may revoke a verification that was obtained with false information or that is misused.
7. Intellectual Property
The Few Found name, logo and website content belong to Few Found or their respective owners. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Few Found is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any business outcome from being listed or verified. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Few Found is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website.
9. Termination
Few Found may suspend or terminate an account and revoke a verification if these Terms are breached, false information is provided, or the account is used in a way that harms others.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
